The 15 Best Villas in Corfu with Private Pool
Villa Frosso
Kalami, 49083
Located in the picturesque village of Kalami on the north-eastern coast of the island, Villa Frosso combines modern luxury, stunning sea views and a touch of traditional Corfiot style.
Perched up on a hillside above Kalami, Villa Frosso is suitable for up to six guests. It is thoughtfully decorated in a modern style with some traditional touches.
It features three bedrooms, one doubles and one twin, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas.
The outdoor area is not huge, but it includes a shaded patio and a private pool with stunning views over the surrounding the area. There is also a barbecue to prepare the ultimate holiday meals.
Although the village of Kalami is not that far away from the villa, getting there requires a walk along a steep track. It is best to rent a car to be able to get to places and see more of the island.
Kalami is home to a small but picturesque pebbly beach, min-markets and a range of bars and tavernas. It is famous for its association with the Durrell family who lived there in the 1930s.
I recommend watching the British series called “The Durrells” about this family’s experiences in the area. It’s a great inspiration for visiting Corfu.
If you prefer easy access to amenities such as restaurants and shops, Villa Frosso might not be the best choice for you. However, if you prefer a quiet spot to be away from it all, then it’s an excellent option.
Imerolia Beach Villa
Kassiopi, 49081
When imagining traditional villas in Corfu with a private pool, you are likely to think of something that looks exactly like Imeloria. This traditional beachfront property is built in a classic style, complete with charming shutters and pastel hues.
The interiors continue the traditional theme with exposed beams, fireplaces, and local artwork on the walls creating a cosy feel. The villa consists of two buildings connected via an external staircase.
The main building features two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a living area. The other building comprises a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate open plan living and dining area.
This arrangement may seem a little unusual, but it works well for groups who are looking for opportunities to come together, as well as to have their own separate spaces. Imeloria Villa can accommodate up to six guests.
The villa boasts beautiful grounds, including a large infinity pool overlooking the peaceful Kassiopi Harbour, a shaded gazebo with outdoor seating, and barbecue facilities. There is also direct access to a small beach.
Imeloria is located in the resort town of Kassiopi. Its scenic harbour is at its heart, and that’s where you’ll find many excellent tavernas and cafes. The town centre is a 15-minute walk away from the villa.
There are several beaches in the area you can explore. You may want to hire a car to do them justice.
Cote Jardin Beachfront Villa
Barbati, 49083
Nestled within beautiful grounds right on the beachfront, Cote Jardin offers a romantic feel and easy access to the amenities of Barbati, a resort town in the north-east of Corfu.
Cote Jardin is suitable for up to six people and has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, and two bathrooms. The villa is immaculately presented and retains some traditional charms, including a cosy fireplace in the living area. The kitchen is a little small, but the outdoor barbecue facilities offer additional meal prep space.
The villa boasts a beautiful garden complete with a private pool and several sun loungers. There are multiple outdoor dining options, including the seating area at the gazebo and the terrace. A gate connects the gardens directly with the beach.
Barbati boasts a long pebbly beach lined with bars and restaurants. The resort is not as busy as the nearby Ipsos but is still lively. There is a daily bus service that connects Barbati with Corfu Town, and the journey takes about 40 minutes.
The town sits at the foot of Mount Pantokrator, the highest peak in Corfu. This proximity opens up opportunities for various hiking adventures when you can stir yourself away from the pool and the beach.
Villa Michalis
Liapades, 48983
Located in Liapades, a quiet resort village on the north-western coast of Corfu, Villa Michalis offers a modern setting and panoramic countryside views.
Villa Michalis features three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, and two bathrooms. Thanks to a sofa bed in the living area, the property can accommodate up to seven people. The bedrooms are relatively small, but they have everything you need.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers a decent amount of workspace. The living area is not huge but offers a cosy retreat for when you are not feeling like hanging out outside.
The villa’s outdoor area boasts a swimming pool with countryside views as well as sun loungers. There is also a dining area where you can enjoy a truly elevated al fresco dining experience.
Liapades is made up of two parts – a traditional historic village perched on a hill and a tourist resort area by the main beach. Villa Michalis gives you easy access to both.
The villa is just a short walk from the historic heart of the village where you can enjoy traditional architecture and a small selection of cafes and shops. The main beach is a 15-minute walk away from the villa.
Liapades also offers access to the nearby Paleokastritsa, another resort village famous for its beautiful beaches and scenery. If you are up for a hike, you can walk from Liapades to Paleokastritsa. Alternatively, you can catch a water taxi from the beach.

Villa Scheria
Benitses, 49084
Villa Scheria is nestled amongst the olive groves and rolling green hills of the eastern coast of Corfu, just a 20-minute drive away from the island’s international airport.
The property can accommodate up to nine guests and features four bedrooms, including two doubles, one twin, and one with bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping options.
Villa Scheria is decorated in a traditional style and boasts beautiful features such as a charming fireplace that serves as the focal point in the living area. There is also a large kitchen and three bathrooms.
The property boasts a large outdoor terrace, perfect for alfresco meals or simply enjoying the stunning view with a drink in hand. There is a large swimming pool in the garden to help you stay active during your trip.
The closest village is Benitses, located a 15-minute walk from the villa. Once a sleepy fishing village, it still retains its quaint charm and historic identity despite its proximity and easy access to the island’s capital. Guests will find a good selection of tavernas and bars there.
Benitses is a quiet resort boasting several small pebbly beaches in the vicinity. If you are looking for more action, you can easily catch a bus to Corfu Town to enjoy the lively nightlife there.
Agios Stefanos Bay – Villa Maria
Agios Stefanos Sinion, 49081
This is my personal favourite among the many amazing Corfu villas with a private pool.
Located in a quiet corner in the north-east of Corfu, Villa Maria will delight those looking for a luxurious property infused with a classic Corfiot feel and surrounded by the island’s beautiful scenery.
Perched upon a hill above Agios Stefanos Bay (not to be confused with Agios Stefanos Avliotes in the north-west of Corfu), the villa has breathtaking views over the surrounding area. It is built in a traditional style and boasts immaculate interiors with a classic Corfiot twist.
Villa Maria features three bedrooms, one double and two twins, that can accommodate up to seven guests, as well as three bathrooms. There is a large fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking big meals.
The villa boasts a generous outdoor terrace with stunning sea views. Here, you’ll find the sizeable infinity pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities.
If you would like to be more active, the property can arrange on-site yoga classes for you. A bicycle rental service is also available.
Villa Maria offers easy access to Agios Stefanos village, located less than a 10-minute walk away. It is famous for being home to many luxury villas belonging to Greek and international jetsetters.
The village has retained its traditional character and offers a range of tavernas, cafes, and shops. The beach is small, and parts of it are taken by boat piers. If you are looking for better beaches, you may need to travel elsewhere.
Corfu Town Mini Villa
Mantoukion, 49100
Villas are often a great choice for larger groups of travellers since they offer multiple bedrooms and large shared spaces, but they are often too big for couples. However, this one-bedroom Corfu Town Mini Villa is perfect for those travelling as a pair.
This quaint property exudes all the charm of a traditional Corfiot villa, with rustic finishes, exposed stone walls, and vaulted wooden ceilings. Among its many features, there is a traditional fireplace adding a sense of cosiness. The kitchen is small but sufficient for meal prep for two.
The mini villa boasts a sizeable private pool surrounded by the tranquillity of beautiful gardens. Barbecue facilities, outdoor seating, and sun loungers complete the picture.
The property is located on the outskirts of Corfu Town. There is a bus stop a 10-minute walk away from where you can catch a bus into town. The whole journey should take about 25 minutes.
There are no beaches in the immediate vicinity of the mini villa, but you can arrange car hire through the property and explore everything Corfu has to offer.
Villa Calypso
Acharavi, 49100
Those looking for villas in Corfu with a private pool and easy access to the beach should consider Villa Calypso in the town of Acharavi, located in northern Corfu. Suitable for up to six guests, this property is situated directly on the main beach, offering easy access to nearby bars and tavernas.
Villa Calypso features three bedrooms – two doubles and one twin – along with three bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The décor may feel a bit old-fashioned, but the property is in great condition and provides everything needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home experience.
Outside, there’s a covered patio and a gazebo with a seating area for alfresco dining, complemented by an inviting outdoor swimming pool. If you grow weary of the pool area, a gate leads directly onto the beach.
Acharavi Beach stretches for seven kilometres, making it ideal for long walks. Lined with tavernas and bars, it’s a lively spot, though it’s worth noting that the beach is pebbly, which might be an issue for some.
Since Acharavi functions as a working town, it doesn’t offer as many tourist-focused activities and attractions as other popular spots on Corfu. Nevertheless, you can still find plenty of tours at local agencies, and car hire is available for exploring other areas of the island.
Ocean View Luxury Villa Ethra
Kontogialos, 49084
Enjoy a contemporary luxe setting, privacy, and unparalleled sea views at the Ocean View Luxury Villa Ethra, located near the resort village of Kontogialos. Nestled amongst the green hills of Corfu’s western coast, this villa offers the ultimate escape from the everyday.
The villa features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to seven guests and comes with four bathrooms. It is thoughtfully decorated in a contemporary style, featuring luxurious fabrics, pastel tones, and natural finishes. While the kitchen is compact, it is equipped with all the modern appliances you need.
Ocean View Villa boasts a generous outdoor patio overlooking the sea and the surrounding coastline. You’ll find a BBQ area with seating, sun loungers, and, of course, a gorgeous infinity pool.
Whether you’re doing your morning laps or simply soaking in while enjoying the view, the pool is undoubtedly the jewel in this property’s crown.
During your stay at Ocean View Villa, you can organise on-site yoga lessons, bike rentals, and car hire. The latter might be advisable if you wish to explore more of the local area and the wider island.
Kontogialos is a hike away, and there are no bus stops in the vicinity. However, it’s the villa’s isolation that helps create the luxurious feeling of privacy you’ll enjoy at the property.
Villa Bournella
Agios Markos, Ipsos, 49083
Located in the north-east of Corfu, Villa Bournella is a luxurious retreat featuring stunning sea and mountains views.
The spacious two-bedroom villa features rustic interiors, a home cinema and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also an outdoor deck complete with sun lounger and BBQ facilities ideal for long al fresco dinners during the balmy Mediterranean evenings.
The star of the show is, of course, the beautiful outdoor pool with breathtaking views. To top this off, there is also a hot tub where you can achieve a complete feeling of zen.
The property is located in the historic village of Agios Markos. It oozes a traditional Corfiot charm and boasts historic architecture and a bar. For a better selection of eateries and shops, as well as the beach, you will need to head down the hill to Ipsos.
Ipsos is a popular resort town which is home to a long and narrow pebbly beach with the main village road and a strip of shops, cafes and bars right behind it. You will need a car to get there as the walk can be steep and takes about 45 minutes.
If you prefer easy access to a beach and amenities, then Villa Bournella is not the best choice. However, if you would like to experience Corfu’s traditional side and are happy to travel to places by car, then it is a fantastic option.
N&L Villas
Pyrgi, 49083
Perched on a hill overlooking the resort village of Pyrgi, just north of Ipsos in Corfu’s north-east, N&L Villas’ elevated position offers breathtaking coastal views.
The N&L Villas complex comprises three villas, each built and decorated in a similar contemporary style. Two of the villas feature three double bedrooms and a sofa bed each, allowing for up to eight guests to stay.
The other villa offers two double bedrooms and a sofa bed, making it suitable for up to six guests. All villas feature well-equipped modern kitchens and two bathrooms each.
The highlight of your stay is going to be the patio with an infinity pool overlooking Pyrgi village and Ipsos beach. The outdoor seating provides the opportunity to enjoy the views during meals as well.
Pyrgi is an extension of Ipsos, offering its own collection of tavernas, bars, and shops. The beach is a continuation of Ipsos Beach and is located a 20-minute walk away from the N&L Villas.
Staying in Pyrgi means you can have access to the busy nightlife of Ipsos. It’s also a great base for exploring other points of interest in this part of Corfu, including the historic Agios Markos village, just a quick drive away from the villas.
Greenstone Villas
Pyrgi, 49100
Pyrgi seems to have a few great options for those looking for villas in Corfu with a private pool. Another gem located there is Greenstone Villas.
The property is perched up high up on the hillside above the village and, unsurprisingly, guests can enjoy incredible views from there.
Greenstone Villas feature two villas, each with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering accommodation for up to six guests. Both villas boast a contemporary design inspired by traditional Greek architecture and modern amenities. The kitchens are compact but contain all the essentials.
Each villa has a stunning outdoor infinity pool with panoramic views of the surrounding area. They also offer shaded outdoor dining areas and barbecue facilities.
Greenstone Villas’ elevated position does mean that the beach and amenities in Pyrgi and Ipsos are a bit of a walk away, and the path can be steep at times. The best approach is to hire a car for exploring the local area, which can be arranged directly at the property.
If you prefer to be within walking distance of the beach, shops, and eateries, then Greenstone Villas might not be the best choice. Fortunately, there are plenty of great villas in Corfu with private pools that are closer to all the action.
Villa Alexandra
Pyrgi, 49100
Nestled within beautiful gardens, Villa Alexandra is infused with traditional Corfiot charm. Beautiful inside and out, the villa’s spacious interiors have a warm, inviting feel.
The villa boasts four bedrooms, including three doubles and one with a bunk bed, making it a great option for a large family or group of friends. There is large open plan living and dining area where everyone can come together.
Villa Alexandra has generous grounds featuring a sizable swimming pool complete with several sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining thanks to the outdoor seating in the gazebo and BBQ facilities.
The villa has everything you need, but if you do decide to head out, there is a small selection of shops and cafes just a five-minute walk away.
The main resort town nearby is Dassia, located a 15-minute walk away from the villa. It is home to a variety of eateries, beach bars and activities such as diving.
Dassia can get quite busy during the peak summer months, but thankfully you can always escape the crowds at your own slice of quite paradise at Villa Alexandra.
Finally, there is a bus stop just around the corner from the villa from where you can easily travel to Corfu Town. A regular bus service connects Dassia with the capital.
Villa Chrinos
Agios Georgios Pagon (NW), 49083
Villa Chrinos is the perfect choice for those who love the traditional Corfiot villa feel and are looking for easy access to a great beach.
This coral-hued villa features three traditionally styled bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be kept together as a double or separated to create twin rooms. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The highlight of Villa Chrinos is its outdoor deck, which offers a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and an outdoor pool. There is also an outdoor dining area to make the most of the Mediterranean climate.
As a bonus, Villa Chrinos is just a short walk away from the scenic Agios Georgios, a long sandy beach with plenty of space. It is perfect for leisurely walks along the sea, water sports, and simply relaxing.
The resort town of Agios Georgios has a few restaurants and shops but is relatively quiet compared to other popular spots on Corfu. If you are after nightlife, you won’t find much of it here. However, if you are looking for a quiet escape, Agios Georgios is an excellent choice.
If you would like to explore other parts of the island while staying at Villa Chrinos, hiring a car is recommended.
There is a bus service that connects Agios Georgios to Corfu Town, but it’s infrequent, making it hard to explore the local area without a car.
Palms and Spas Villas Retreat
Messongi, 49080
Located in Messongi, a tranquil village on the southeastern coast of Corfu, Palms and Spas Villas Retreat consists of two villas and a suite, each boasting a contemporary feel and picturesque sea views.
One villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The second villa has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. While the two-bedroom villa works well for four people, the other is more suited for a couple.
Each of the two villas comes with a private heated pool and a hot tub. The pools are not huge but are ample for a relaxing soak. In addition to lounging by the pool or in the hot tub, guests can enjoy spa treatments in the comfort and privacy of their villas.
The amenities of Messongi village, such as restaurants, bars, and shops, are just a 10-minute walk from Palms and Spas. The village retains some of its traditional Corfiot charm, having not experienced as much development as other parts of the island.
Corfu Town is a 40-minute drive away, and there is a regular bus service from the village if you’d like to take a day trip there.
